Rainbow 7 and Royal Spa have been rolled over by the regulatory bulldozer

I heard from a little birdie that 3 Delaware shops had been closed recently, including two Korean establishments.
I checked, and the usual such shops (JJ, Foulk, Ruby) seem to be open with recent reviews.
However, I drove past Rainbow 7 the other day and it was closed during the afternoon - no "open" light on.
I stopped at the shop late today, and it has the dreaded yellow sticker on the door proclaiming that as of Feb. 1, they have been found in violation of providing massage and bodywork services without a mandated license.
Had a bad feeling that Royal Spa might have suffered a similar fate, and sure enough a stop there tonight showed the lights off and the yellow sticker on the door.
Unless there was some under the radar expanded menu, it looks like Level 1 service shops are now being targeted.

Dunno what is the third one; my information was second-hand and fragmentary, and I had to rely on personal observation to provide the details given.
I was hoping that other inquiring minds might learn and inform the rest of us.

It's nice to see that Delaware is so crime-free that the local jackboots have time to hunt down some middle-aged Asian ladies for doing massages without a license. I feel so much safer now.
This action involves the newer approach of (ab)using alleged code/licensing violations to spike the businesses.
I don't know whether or not there was a parallel LE-type operation (arrests, charges, etc.) that accompanied the closings here. Nothing in local media that I can find.
Both locations are in unincorporated areas, outside cities/towns, so they come under Delaware State Police authority, if that's relevant.
Hard to understand why these locations were targeted, as they were low level service shops. However, at least Rainbow 7 had in the past been the target of a Karen-powered community smear campaign.

Just did a drive-by at Bloom Head to Toe - their open light is on and blinking. No dreaded yellow sticker, but there is a white standard size sheet taped to the door with printing too small to see from a distance.
I texted mms yesterday and have heard nothing back yet, but seems as if it is not the same deal with Bloom.

Pretty sure golden apple on Carpenter station is gone too. I called twice over last week and both times a lady answered and said they were closed. They never close, so something’s up. Be careful everyone.
