Phone numbers changed?

I used NYCSE and RS8 a few months ago, but I noticed the numbers on their websites doesn't match the numbers I used to contact them.

Do these places change phone numbers often? I almost texted the numbers I had for them. I assume I just wouldn't get a response, or do they keep multiple numbers?
