I find it funny that anyone in this biz would have an ad like that. Do they honestly believe by eliminating a race it makes them safer? I could argue then they should eliminate white people since most LE are white LOL

Sorry to say but the ad is a matter of choice. Everything is a choice in the world, I do mean everything. Do it, don’t do it. Get out of bed on time or sleep in.
Be a massage girl, don’t be a massage girl. Choose to see 3 clients a day or 10 clients. Eliminate a certain type of people or see anybody. Decisions are generally based on past experiences. And if the past is more important than the green.... well Nuf ced!

In the numerous times I've seen this topic come up, I've never seen anyone disagree with the point you are making here. Yes, of course it's her choice to put that in her ad. Nobody is disputing that. I think what posters are saying is that the ad itself is racist, or if you prefer, the choice itself is racist. Yes, it's her choice to refuse Black customers, but it's still racist.

Pretend it's 1960. You're in Alabama. You walk past a restaurant. A sign hangs in the window: 'Whites Only'. The restaurant owner placed the sign there. It was his choice to do so. Is the sign racist?

In the restaurant scenario, the restaurant likely would be fined by local government if someone complained. It could even be shut down. I suppose the same is true for a massage establishment that is open to the public.
