After one week and a day of no gym or exercises I decided to get up off the couch and get back in the groove .

These are the things I observed while jogging in my section of Brooklyn
Some people still have no concept of what social distancing means
  1. Some of these people who are seemingly not sick are wearing mask ...ignorance, stupidity or lack of basic comprehension?
  2. I saw women rummaging in purses while wearing protective gloves...WTF
  3. Why are there school crossing guards posted at intersections????
  4. Why are there groups of people huddled together in conversations laughing, smoking , coughing...yes COUGHING! and even worse spitting
  5. They all give me crazy looks as I give them extremely wide berths while I sprint swiftly pass :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
  6. The MTA is actually honouring their free bus ride policy ( expect a fare increase when this is over)
  7. The bus entrance has two bold signs . One says “ STAY AT HOME” the other says “ ENTER THROUGH BACK DOOR” ....I hope a sexual deviant does not see those signs :LOL::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

A lot of complete fucking idiots in this country. That's the bottom line. So fucking selfish and misguided that frankly, they don't deserve the freedoms this great country allows. I hope and pray it's not they or their loved ones who suffer the consequences for their horrendous actions.

Young and stupid, we all know. But I have seen parents taking their children to play basketball and baseball in the park. When someone sneezes, germs descends to the ground, the ball hits the ground, A picks up the ball, past to B, sweat, brush their faces, bingo. They are young and being more resilient, show no symptom, the family, young and old hits the jackpot.

I see your points, but isn't the mask wearing contradict the other points. The American media and CDC has probably screwed up public perception that mask wearing is not useful but that is either a lie by the CDC to keep availability high or fake news by the likes of Vox. Masks do work and help!

Another group not taking this seriously is the dems in Congress. Check out some of these doozies by Pelosi and her crew:

They held up the bill to push the following by loading it down with their pet projects:

push wind and solar tax credits.
Funds NASA's environmental restoration efforts
Compel airlines to cut greenhouse emissions by 50% in a defined timeframe. Sheet it will be cut by 100% before long.
Study climate mitigation efforts

Who the fook cares about climate change at this juncture? What does that have to do with this virus and our cratering economy?

Also pushing efforts to force corporations to fill gender and racial quotas.

I know there are plenty of Trump haters on this board. Frankly I often find his ego, temperament and approach unsuitable for his position. But then I see the other side and how batshit crazy they are and I empathize with DJT.

Exactly how many of us feel. He's far from perfect, very flawed individual---but when you look across the aisle at that utter joke of a party and what they have become Trump starts to look like George Washington.

KD, I have a piece of paper that identifies me as a member of the company's COVID-19 Essential Team and requests that the powers that be allow me access to the area. That's all I know at the moment.

India, a country with 800 million people, has less than 500 cases.

You know, chicken vindaloo is spicy enough to kill anything.
As bad as it is, I still think it is being over blown somewhat. Bottom line is that a crisis sells air time and print. It also has proven to be an effective way for the government to increase control.
Since I am considered a prime candidate for pneumonia my doctor has told me twice to get the vaccine. I think I'll ask him if I can get a chicken vindaloo injection instead.

If someone coughs in your immediate vicinity, and the droplets hits your face, hand neck .....wherever, if that person isn’t infected what will the facemask do to protect you?

They celebrated quarantine for 14 days by going outside in large groups.....let’s see how long those numbers hold
Also who knows if they report the numbers for people in the low castes

How are we ever going to get this down to ZERO cases in the US? It seems that all it took was a few people coming here from China to do all this damage.

So when this dies down and we think its all under control, a few more people enter the country who have the disease---then we do this all over again?
