nipples

I've had two providers with unusual nipples. One had nipples hanging by a thread off her chest. I was worried that I'd accidentally pluck them off.

Another provider had nipples that looked like cauliflower heads. She was at place in NY that felt like an opium den and she was drinking a completely white alcoholic drink with a smell I was unfamilar with.

Anyway, I'm bringing this up to ask whether you know if nipples can be an indicator of health, especially with regard to the 2nd provider I mentioned. Like, could the cauliflower nipples be a reaction to drugs?

The latter one may consider getting a breast exam to avoid or detect early problems IMO.

I always get turned off when they have one normal nipple and one flat one. Weird to me.

I had a newly hired provider who didn't tell me nor house manager that they just had surgery on one breast/nipple. So she undresses and is like "by the way, is it cool that you use one breast?"

it was a bit awkward but besides that, she was hot. i think they let her go though after a week.
