How long have you known this person?
Do you own anything of value that she or her real boyfriend might want to steal, so they can fence it, to get themselves out of the financial jam they’re in?
Also, do you mind her “marking her territory”? She will leave signs that she has been there that you won’t notice. Are you prepared to answer questions your daughter (on the weekends when you have her) or Auntie Em might have about this woman, and how you met her, when your family notices the signs she left behind?
