Can you recommend a place to visit, which offer a bit more Than just a massage how doesit work in US (payment, how do you ask for what you want etc).

Do I have to go to Allentown or Bethlehem for Best service?

If you are coming from Europe, you will be very disappointed in the offerings here in the USA.

Stop by Flushing on your way from JFK Airport. In the Chinatown section (intersection of Northern Blvd and Main St), every 3rd shop is an AMP.
There are no AMPs in either Bethlehem or Allentown though. None at all. Sorry, man.

Even Flushing can't rival the all-you-can-fuck brothels in Berlin.
