Anyone else interested in Natural supplements that improve sexual performance?

I have no interest in viagra or any of the variants, because for me, the side effects were brutal. I dont really need it anymore anyway. But I do like to try things that are supposed to improve sex somewhat.

I've had good luck with L-arginine, fenugreek, magnesium and Goji berries. I think that Ginseng works too, but needs more time to eval.

I didnt see anything from horny-goat weed, yohimbe and Zinc.

what else is out there?

What do you mean by sexual performance? Do you have issues getting it erect? Or do you mean lasting longer?
I used to have some erection trouble. i got healthier, and that is gone. I'm not stiff as i was as a teen, but i can still get inside the tightest hole i encounter.

lately I have been chasing a couple things to improve. one is cycle time, trying to improve the rate at which i am ready again.

the other is more of a desire, to increase quantity and force of ejaculation. its really slowed down as i get older. it almost feels like i have a prostate problem, but thats been checked repeatedly.

50 mg of Zinc and 250 mg of magnesium a day for me.
Along with my Omega -3 and other vitamins (E, C, Calcium, and a Multi).
53 y/o and still manage 2 pops in an hour.
I think exercising regularly helps as well.
I do mostly body weight stuff (pushups, dips, crunches, etc..) and light weights, as well as taking 2 and 3 hour walks when I have the time.

I've been taking L-Citrulline regularly for about a month. No noticeable difference for me. Was hoping for easier erections.

I think the 50's are a bitch. I went into the 50's fine, no real change since my thirties for performance. Overweight, not enough exercise, and age took their toll. i got ED, got put on viagra, and was miserable. I lost 100 pounds and am now below target weight for my height. I exercise every day, but light on the weightlifting side. i dont really want to build muscle mass. So anyway I cam out of my 50's healthier, age 61 now, but i can no longer cycle into a second pop in an hour. with the right girl, i can do in 90 minutes, but just barely. usually if we are playing that 2 pop game, i fuck for a while and stop without coming. I need complete downtime after a pop for at least 15 minutes before getting erect. I dont remember that from before 50's, it seemed like about 2 minutes, then getting erect again.

I guess probably not everyone is the same. But anyway big diff between 50 and 60 for me, and i'd like to recover a little bit of what i used to have. a solid 2 pops in 90 minutes, and the ability to deliver a solid face painting from a few inches away would make me happy.

What I didn't mention is that after my long walks on Sundays, I usually go for a table shower and some "relaxation therapy" at one of the local R&T joints.
Although I have 5 (!) in walking distance of my building, I usually get in my car and drive to one of the two I like best.
Nothing like a good scrub and rub after a 10 mile walk in 90 degree weather.

As for age, 46 seemed to make a big difference. Started getting bad tendonitis in my elbows and knees. And my rotator cuffs have issues too. So no more heavy weights.
I go with low weight and high reps.

Kudos to you for losing so much weight! That's a lot of willpower. But you should go heavier on the weights. I read over and over how weight training is good for the bones. And don't worry about gaining muscle mass. Once you hit your 40's, scientifically gaining muscle mass is a LOT harder than when you were younger. Believe me, I've tried.
And yeah, once I pop with my wife, I lose interest for a few days even. Then again, it is the wife...
The 40's was when I really noticed the difference. Eyesight, endurance, memory, everything.

I have this little korean doctor, like a 90 pound girl, and she hammers me about getting my body as small as possible. thats why no muscle mass build. I'm a large guy. I'm 6' 5" and when I was in my 30's that mean 230ish and lots of muscle. then it swelled to 295 and less muscle. Now I'm 195, and what my doctor has targeted is maintain weight, build leg muscles, reduce upper body. her contention is more muscle mass just causes bigger heart problems later in life. She believes that all taller people are at higher risk for more issues too. For her, at my height I am in the very tall category, although i dont think I am that unique anymore.

I dont know about bones, i'll ask her what she thinks.

when I am home, I mostly play soccer for my exercise now. I could never adjust to working out in a gym. like your walking, i want to be outside. I play in a over 35 league and also pick up. Its great exercise. Rotator cuffs just seem to go. I've got one thats bad, I just ignore it. I talked about it in another thread here, but I have this one spa girl, a little older, that does the following treatment
1. table shower.
2. body shave.
3. korean scrub (that thing where they scrub off the top layers of skin.
4. a nice 1 hour or so massage
5. play time.

I do that routine at least once a week after soccer games. I just go there right from the game with a change of clothes. Its nice to have these routines, isnt it?

Hmmm, I have had girls offer, but not really interested in getting nicked right before you know what...
I "trim the hedges" on my own...and its just a trim for neatness, not a full on cropping...

I "trim the hedges" on my own...and its just a trim for neatness, not a full on cropping...
She uses those devices women use to shape eyebrows. It’s all plastic, I think. I bring them to her when she needs, and she opens, then throws it away after the shave. She did nick me once, in all the times, but it was done Bleeding during massage. She does a better job than I could do, reaching spots I’d never do, like around the ass, which is the main reason I let her do it. It vastly improves the rimming later. This is a very low volume spa, I doubt they’d take this kinda time in an nyc spa. Her norm is 3 customers a day, and most days I’m the only guy that gets a table shower. It’s my advantage in mongering in backwater towns.
