Can anyone elaborate what that reviewer may be referring to? Is it just a slightly older look? If so, about how old?

There are several grades of beauty, each subjective to the observer - ugly, okay, cute, stunning and gorgeous, for example. Age could be a factor; so could facial structure. High cheeks and thin chin, versus no cheeks and double chin. Too much make-up, not enough teeth. bolt-ons versus natural. So many possibilities to describe that phrase.
