No clue about ME. And maybe you are referring to northern NH. But there are a good number of places in Southern NH

Truly ominous. Looks like a matter of time for the other 60%. I can understand the shops standing out like a saw thumb (hidding in plain sight), giving some area a quality of life issue. But this trafficking argument seems like BS to me. I've been mongering for a some time now and I never got a hint that some one there was working against their will.

The trafficking argument is total BS and everyone knows it. It is a convenient talking point for LEO to raid shops where good little capitalist hookers are earning their wage.
Massachusetts will never crack down on the bodyworks industry. Hell, when a shop can't get a permit to open from a town, they simply go to the state and get it there. The old 7 bodyworks in Medway did this when they shut down that shop.
A former ATF told me she would always work in Mass cause it was the safest bet. Least chance at being busted.
Just fkn legalize it already. Who cares what two (or three) consenting adults get up to?
