The changes for content producers was "enacted" by the unelected, the CEOs of Mastercard and Visa and Amex, who reacted to the Kristof NYT article claiming that PH was hosting uploaded videos of underaged persons being violated, despite no charges ever being filed or any proof of any of the claims. They announced that PH and their pals would need to basically wipe all user uploaded videos and then all future videos would have to have age verification, else the companies would lose their access to credit card processing. Another example of a big company telling us what we can and can't do in our homes. Lots of states, after this and prompted by their masters at those credit card companies, passed age verification laws for USERS, whereby the USERS had to provide their identification and social security number, which was to be kept on file for government to look at anytime and without court order. PH filtered by IP address so that for a time if you were in Virginia, for example, logging into PH gave you a clothed video of Cheri DeVille telling you why age verification cut you off from PH. People who vote for this kind of thing or allow their shareholder dollars to be used in this way deserve all the things that come from it. In other countries that our various politicians and cultural "leaders" worship as enlightened and so much better than us in every way, age verification for USERS is already a thing. Once someone whips out the old tried and true political key to the kingdom, "for the CHILDREN!", any law or action is possible, even one that completely destroys something that millions of people enjoy. Before the age verification debacle, PH recorded three straight years averaging over 110m individual logins PER DAY, more than the Netflix or even the Amazon!
But anyway. I am a friend to many OF gals, and yes they are terrified by the rules and the almost random nature of their enactment and enforcement. One girl might show her asshole on Youtube and nothing happens, while another girl you can see part of her nipple through an overlit robe and she gets not just demonetized but banned. Random and arbitrary at best.
Hah. The best and most entertaining ones, maybe just like in our hobby, are the <8's. The 8+ ones have dudes in India running their accounts and "sexting" you. Wait till you find out you just came to an Indian man telling you to fuck him harder.
