Little late but your best bet is to go to a derm. Saw someone who zapped it off with a cold blast nitrogen gun. Went away in a week.

I had it once years ago (thanks 9VIP in Philly). It seemed to ebb & resurge every few weeks, so after a month I just started carefully breaking them open with a sterilized needle, one by one, resterilizing with fire after each one. IMMEDIATELY collect the stuff inside using cotton/toilet paper that's damp with witch-hazel or tea tree oil. The stuff inside is the poxvirus biological material which will spread to neighboring skin by contact quite easily.

Wiped with whatever disinfectant I used afterwards. Had one more which I dealt with similarly. No scarring or anything.

Oof molluscum is an annoying one. Honestly why I stopped doing TS. I had it for awhile a few years back. I ordered some stuff called Octenisan which seemed to be my cure. It's a medical grade body wash used in hospitals for skin stuff.

+1 to what hostil said, too

Had it before from a r&t place. I think they were busy so used a cold dirty towel instead of a clean hot towel. (Not Cool)

In the end, apple cider vinegar worked, stung a little and took consistent/multiple applications and lots of prayer for nothing worse. Also, similar to the above, used some strong medical grade anti-microbial soap. In the end, some light scarring that pretty much faded out with time.
