No it’s called lower our prices and rents as well as a complete retraining of the workforce. Get rid of liberal arts and focus all higher education on STEM then kick out the H1-B visas build up HSR to put upward pressure on wages and downward pressure on rents. True - however flu and covid are unrelated- you can have one without the other. If you get a flu shot you won’t have the flu - covid another story. Best thing 35-40 bucks go buy an O2 : Hg finger sensor. It shows your blood oxygen level - asymptotic covid can deplete oxygen in your blood - it does not cause the surfactant in your lungs to stiffen till the end. You won’t notice rapid and deeper breathing readily . This can save your life- Second wave there will be herding not as many will get it again . We are better prepared in NYC.
