Was curious if anyone can comment on the special menu pricing and doubles.

Is doubles - incall, simply regular rate $$$ x 2?.

Special Menu BBFS, PSE, CIP.. I'm assuming this means upgrade and you get PSE and CIP? What is a typical cost $ or more?
