I live within 3 blocks of this place and go by it morning / afternoon / evening on a daily basis. The gates are down and the lights are off. It's been like that for at least two months. I have not called them, but the place is all locked up. Definitely no walk-ins (unless the alley way is being used as an entrance which I highly doubt).
My take is that there is just way too much foot and car traffic, with 2 to 3 schools nearby - this place is def. not under the radar.
Personally I am hoping another all-star alla Julie / Cherry makes a new home in South Philly - some place reliable to fill the void. A guy can dream, can't he?
