Was in the city heading to pink to see young, when i walked by lollipop noticed sign from city saying closed as of the 17th occupancy illegal. Till they get license. Anyone else see this?

Happens usually due to zoning issues. Very rarely do big busts happen. It is difficult to prove exactly what goes on the in the room between to adults, unless you're an idiot and confess to it.

Thats wonderful. In philly, its the only incall place to have ripped me off fod the entire tip not even just typical upsell but a whole robbery

Very rarely do they have a big "sting" style bust, sending in under covers. It is usually easier to send the building inspectors in and shutting them down due to zoning problems. Especially in Philly proper. I wouldn't be surprised if someone who wants to buy the building or break a lease is throwing kickbacks towards the right people to get the AMP out.

The sub-burbs it can be different, if the Local LEO is getting complaints from concerned citizens. Sometimes I see AMP's with huge signage and flashing Neon and think what the hell are you thinking? Talk about drawing unwanted attention.
