"We placed an ad and they showed up," says McCormack. "We did two of those operations, one in Hampton Township and the other in Silver Spring, and that resulted in the arrest of 19 different men."

Definitely hotel sting. There was probably one in Carlisle a couple weeks ago. A new ad popped up at the Super 8 on Alexander Springs Rd, and I'd bet it was one of these. Stay safe, boys. Go to Baltimore!

Yea I agree a lot of this isn’t human trafficking. All this time though we left the border open and didn’t care about kids separated or missing. Yet they care about this with AMP’s. Probably cause it’s the only thing they know how to bust.

Looks like they are getting charged.

“Additionally, as part of Operation Impact Demand, 19 customers who are accused of paying for erotic services were arrested and charged for promoting prostitution, the DA’s office said.”

https://www.pennlive.com/crime/2024...nked-to-human-trafficking-investigations.html

Why do they call it human trafficking instead of just plain old ordinary prostitution ?

Reading the articles, they are replete with references to human trafficking.
Sensationalism attention grabbing headlines to receive Federal funds.

I doubt they watched him. They definitely pulled camera footage during the raid. Only reason his name came up was because he was a pastor that's why he got his own article lol. Prolly watched it for a week or two. Pulled his plate number figured out who he was. Then when the raid happened watched for specifically him in the footage. . Headlines like that make good news.

I wouldn’t think that I would assume they looked at the credit card transactions and said wow it’s been here a bunch.

The news probably picked up That he was a pastor in Newville.
