Is this article going to lead to busts?

In my opinion I doubt it. Look at this paragraph from the article:
"according to data from the state Division of Criminal Justice Services. In 2018, there were 1,130 arrests for patronizing a prostitute and promoting prostitution and in 2019, there were 623. By 2020, that number dropped by about 50 percent to 316 and as of July 16, there were just 30 such arrests citywide "

Yea hope so, the last time the post wrote something though they cleaned up the block behind the main street LIRR. If that would have happened to me when I was 16 I would have been the happiest kid around. I remember having to sneak in to the peep shows on 42nd st at that age lol

Manhattan's district attorney announced Wednesday that his office will no longer prosecute prostitution and unlicensed massage under a new policy that's believed to be the first of its kind in New York. (4-21-2021)

Nothing is going to happen while de Blasio is around, he has lost control of the city

Honestly, Brooklyn Heights is a stupid place for that type of thing.
I worked in that area for a few years, and it is extremely family oriented.
Also, why on earth would they take a client of his age?
Finally, just look at his picture, with that mop top hair.
He probably is doing this to get an edge to be accepted in the Northwestern U. (or something) journalism program.

Another phony story from the NY Post to sell newspapers because their stupid reporters can not find real stories to write about. The mother of the so called innocent victim is part of an anti sex trafficking cult.

I reread the article in full this time and saw that.
Didn't make the connection from the pictures as their last names are different.
Almost certainly she sent him in there.
What a piece of work she must be.
. The article make him look like a pro at getting massages LOL , I don’t like 40% tip I like 20% LMFAO give me a break. Most places I know won’t take you if you look to young . He teaches kids on how to look for sex trafficking LOL

He doesn't look like much of a "boxer" either.
Although I do believe he gets punched quite a bit...

I feel sorry for the spa they decided to single out. I'm pretty sure the kid did not end up there by "accident". The kid "connected the dots" but didn't have any actual evidence of any kind.

The drunk guy story and tip negotiation is not evidence of anything. That story reminded me of the time I was at a chinatown barbershop (for men) where there was a caucasian guy who came in and insisted that his hair be cut by the only female barber there. He also insisted that she use her hands and scissors (not the electric clipper). And that she give him a shampoo treatment and a face massage. (All standard there...) Similar to the "IMB" most patrons tip 40-50%... $4-5 tip for a $10 haircut!

But I assure you, there are no "extra services" at that barbershop!! lol

This article is just coy persuasive writing. "How dare they ask a 17 year old for a 40% tip!?!?" Well, if the house fee is $60, I can totally see how the therapist wants more than his 20% bid of $12 to work out the lumps he received during his sports match . The whole article is pushing an agenda. His mom didn't give him enough cash to get any significant service anyway.

I've got a theory as to why the kid decided to open his big mouth to the post:

The kid probably got curious and wanted to get a happy ending himself. Walks upstairs, doesn't know how the business works, and A) Probably chickened out or B) Said something stupid that got him kicked out. As he walks back into the street, either mommy dearest or someone close to him recognized him and he got scared so he faked the whole " I only wanted a massage" story.
C'mon now.....
