I have no idea either but from the looks of things maybe the previous mod had a scorched Earth mentality- a military policy involving deliberate and total destruction of property and resources so that an invading enemy cannot use them.

Damn, sad honestly, hope everything goes back to normal, I need to see private details back for me again, so I can a good sense of what I will be working with. Hope the mods fix my account whenever they have the time
