If you were ever shorted….next time, did you?

I went back to a spa a week after being shorted 25 minutes because a customer came in. So next time I went, I handed them a 30 minute fee and said I expect to have an hour for that fee. Of course the masseuse couldn’t recall our conversation the week before and refused the 60 minute request for the 30 minute fee. Well, cross another spa off of my list. What’s your experience when shorted time?

Never happy about it when it happened, but I never mentioned it. Just a consideration when I thought about returning.

The only language that these women listen to is money . When I get shorted substantially on time , they get proportionally shorted on the tip . I then do not return to that location.

And by the way, I always make an appointment so the blame doesn’t lie with me as a walk in.

I always got next time give you extra time when short on time 10 to 15 mins. I never expected it and never got it.

The only time that happened to me, I said “OK, just give me Bach half the HF” and Then watched how fast mr walk-in got “come back in 45min baby” She she tried to rush me anyway. I passed on extras, gave her $10 and got dressed.
