Who said I am not a dude? I didn’t realize one had to be part of the group they were advising in order to have an opinion or give advice. I didn't give advice on a cock ring, I’ve never owned one or needed one, I humorously recommended a zip tie.

thanks for responding, this board is about far more than whores to many of us. It is quite diverse in topics.

i believe you are mistaken about me speaking above the heads of others, including you. I could easily join all the negativity ranted against women and share my failures, but It never occurred to blame them for my failures. i try to use facts, hopefully correctly, and think this thread is fair game for, and in dire need of alternative thinking.

As for vocabulary, mine is quite average.

I entered this ‘women suck’ pissing contest because so many here spew negativity and don’t take ownership of their own contribution to their complaint. when did women become the enemy? There are plenty of good women out there.

Last night Michael Choo and I met up to watch the Lakers game at a bar. A Chinese guy and his hot girlfriend sat next to us and he is a Lakers fan too.

The hot girlfriend was bored and upset the entire time. She had a “I don’t want to be here in this bar and watch this game” look on her pretty face. The guy stood up, paid the bill and they left at halftime.

Geez, just let your guy enjoy the game. I’m sure he was very patient and understanding while you were choosing which pair of pants you wanted to buy. lol

I used to love the KC Royals in the 70's when I was a kid. But had a soft spot for the Mets, Pirates and Red Sox. As I got older found myself rooting for the Dodgers and Phillies (depending on who they are playing) oddly enough which would have been unthinkable for me even 20 years ago lol

In basketball I'm a huge Celtics fan since like 1976 so the Lakers are a non-starter for me. The way the game is played now with everybody just chucking up 3's I've lost a lot of respect for the game but like a dummy I still watch. 50 years of conditioning is hard to break I guess.

Lost respect for baseball and football too with the changing of the name of the Indians and Redskins which were never meant to be disrespectful in the first place, in fact quite the opposite. It's the silly mad PC times we live in, sadly we can't go back to the old days unfortunately when the country was saner and didn't have it's collective head up its ass and was a whole lot nicer and a better place to live in general.

You’re right about the silly mad PC times we live in. We wouldn’t have many of these issues if old school was still here.

Needing approval leads PCed, shallowness. I kicked that habit. i won’t water down ideas hoping that someone will take me seriously. Should I agree with everyone about women being the origin of all my failures, and scream that I am an honest, innocent victim? If that's your thing, you will have plenty of people taking you seriously.

What I care about is being on a board that allows me to share my ideas, and doesn’t try to force me to PC up my ideas with the hope it they be accepted by the ‘people on here’.

It is not about "likes". It is about credibility. If your goal is to share your ideas, I'd think you'd care about that. If people think you have no credibility, then you are wasting your time by sharing your ideas. If you come across as dishonest, evasive, narcissistic, or simply out to mindfuck people,, then you'll have negative credibility very quickly. If that is your goal, then by all means keep doing what you've been doing.

It's true that I don't mind at all when people "like" my posts. It never hurts to get positive affirmation. But that's not why I post. I post to try to give good advice and insight to people who are looking for that. Not for popularity, but because I want to be a force for good on these boards. But you have to have credibility. And the cornerstone for people taking you seriously is being sincere and honest (even if you are anonymous).

I'm trying to give you good advice here to help you be a better citizen on these boards. I sincerely hope you'll take it, but somehow I doubt you will.
