More frequent visits during the cooler months, and less during Summer.

When I do go during the summer, I always go close to opening time during weekends. Like doofu said, I also go to a nearby cafe and cool down before visiting.

The weather isn't a issue for me per say but one of the advantages of colder seasons is that less people go outside meaning less foot traffic. In the summer people are outside for longer periods.

Not exactly. If the AMP is near a major train station or intersection you're gonna be dealing with a lot of foot traffic regardless.

Actually right about now a lot of people go on vacation and it gets too muggy in NYC so there can be less foot traffic from mid july until labor day.
