How does Golden Pearl’s house fee work?

I’m interested in checking out Golden Pearl but the cost structure is confusing. They said $260 for 60 mins but it’s unclear to me if I still need to tip the girl? I’m guessing $260 is the total out of the door price to “take care of me”?

Yes you are correct. When I went there last year 60 was the "room fee" and 200 was for the lady. I remember balking at the price saying I could afford 160. The latina think her name was "Flower " big butt, little English, accepted my money. Had ok experience. Would not give that much again so I haven't returned.
