This message is to all the mamasans throughout New Jersey.

The whole bait and switch tactic some of you do, kills our mood (as guys) and incentivizes us to leave negative reviews. Some guys get angry, some get emotionally butthurt, some get depressed, some don’t care and will just leave and never come back. Stop with the bullshit bait and switch, and then you’ll see more customers. God damn it ain’t complicated.

The more bait and switch you do, the more negative reviews you will receive. So perhaps be honest with us, tell us that so and so isn’t available, but they have open slots later in the day or the next day, etc.

Lying won’t get you more customers. By trying to make the sale upfront by lying, you’ll create more sales temporarily, but less sales overall in the long run. Then you’ll be chasing customers after customers instead of them coming to you out of their own free will.

You have to make an offer so good, that customers will feel stupid saying no.

Plus some mongers need to stop paying inflated prices for standard service. Think with your big head, not your little one. You need to realize that you are pricing some mongers out into forced retirement.

Some new customer walks in the door every day. They could care less. If all guys walk maybe they will notice. But way too many guys are willing to accept a replacement.

Appointments at an Amp dont matter..or at least don't seem to carry much weight anymore. Years ago I was denied a provider at Hainesport as she had a appointment coming in.

Most places could care less as if you walk another monger will be strolling in sooner than later. Be prepared to do so if your appointment is honored or you get the B&S treatment. It may not send a message immediately but when they see you again and realize you'll walk on em again it may gain some traction honoring the appointment.

Pay wise it seems as the days of 60/40 are over. 60/60 seems to be the norm now. Im ok with it so long as the finale is worthwhile. Access to the top whether hands on or a taste test is a guaranteed 60. Since covid I've only tipped less on 2 occasions as the attendant denied 2nd base like my hands were on fire. Still got a 50 as to not burn my bridge with the amp as its my go to for 20 years. Can't speak to other activities besides leaving with a smile but I know many a monger goes way over board for fs. It's a trickle down effect and will only bump prices up if more cave into tipping above and beyond.

As much as I absolutely hate negotiating after the flip at least you know where you stand and I've walked on a few women in my earlier years of mongering for requesting ludicrous amount for basic services. Thanks for the massage here's 20. Had a place in Philly in 04 that wanted 80 for a HE. Had only a 50 on me. Pleaded for her to accept but she didn't. So I got up and walked on her. Jaw hit the floor but fuck you for trying some bullshit like that!
