Help: Non-FS in Downtown Flushing

Wonder if you guys know any good spots for non-FS service (BL or HJ only). I have been to a few HJ places there, but I am quite disappointed with the quality.

Ideal places will have:
- Decent looking girls under 30
- Reasonable price (<$100 for the total fee. I think this is reasonable for non-FS)
- Good massage skills if possible
- Korean/Japanese/Chinese chick preferable

If you can share the gems you found I will appreciate it!
