It's not new. There has been a spa there for some time. I found a couple of reviews here - one legit only/one level 1 ending.

The question, I guess, is if the "new management" plans on adjusting the business model.

This calls clearly for a TOFTT. Ill go when I have a chance but anyone else want to throw the dice and leave a review that would be appreciated

Went there last week. Same business model. Standard r&t at standard pricing. Not bad if those are your expectations. If you have loftier goals, look elsewhere.
