First question: yes. Second question: glutes are usually done through the sheet/blanket and not directly on the skin, but check with your MT (mention you want glute work, most will accommodate you); inner thigh is generally off-limits except a bit up from the knee (maybe a couple of inches depending on your height). Indy places are much more likely to work inner thigh/adductors but the chain places play it much more conservatively. Also most chain places don't work the chest below the collarbones, no abdomen as well.
