I'm curious about this spa and booking an appointment. Is online really the only way? Wondering how others feel about having to book with real name and credit card. Do they really not take walk ins or call ahead?

They do NOT take walk-ins.
They do take appointments via phone without asking more than first name. I have been there several times.

Booked online and have had no problems. Actually lessons the blow on the house fee (in my mind lol). 25$ on the card. Then cash the rest of the way.
