They always say anonymous complaint. From who? Dissatisfied customer? I think it was more likely to be the number of reviews and Hackensack's tolerance of AMP and similar businesses.
You wanna believe it was the reviews. So im not gonna try and convince you.

However they advertised heavy on Cityguide. That area is commercial. Could've been a disgruntled customer or a wife /gf that found out. You will never be 100% what did them in.

What do cities like Passaic, Dover, Fair Lawn, Edison, etc. do differently? Hot beds of AMP activity in abundance. Are their elected leaders and LE paid off? Just focused on actual crimes instead of BS like this? I've always wondered that.
Edison is mainly hotels if im not mistaken and stings def take places. Spas in suburbs are sitting prey.

I thought this one would be ok. Cause South Hackensack that area is mainly hispanic, as well as commercial. They wont complain as much as a white suburban town.

Looking at these mugshots and their real ages has me wondering how accurate any of us really are when judging age. I would totally smash Sophia and not think twice about her being in late 30s early 40s

Thats you. I def would think twice about smashing mms. But she is in good shape and has a nice body. It would have to be for $100 fs gfe.

She looked to me mid 40's but a well taken care of mid 40's. I pegged her at 43-44.

What happens in a place Fair Lawn and what happens in a place like Passaic aren’t in the same league in terms of extra circular activities. From what I understand, this place was more like Passaic than Fair Lawn.

Also... and I have to he honest here, I have very little sympathy for a place that gets busted. On some level, we know they either got greedy, got stupid or both. As far as the reviews go, yea they give LE a glimpse of what could happen there but at the end of the day, a bust is dependent on what is solicited at that given moment. To get that solicitation, the cop has to play by certain rules and the girl should be able to tell right away.

As I said... got greedy... got stupid or both.

The Health Department is an entirely different matter and to be honest, more effective.

It’s very simple, the pros don’t ask “what do you want honey”, they just give the honey and let the honey spill as it may.

It might get a little dicey if they check your ID and notice you're at a massage parlor 60 minutes away from where you live. What are you supposed to say, I heard the technique at this place is tremendous? Sure. That's believable.

New Jersey is a non-identification state. Unless you are being charged with an offense, you do not have to show ID. Now, I'm not saying you should refuse to show ID, because you just might find yourself being charged. But, you're not legally obligated to show it.

Most likely something like maintaing a house of
MMS charged with third degree felony. Very serious for a number of reasons. Her case is going to be heard in the Superior Court (not municipal court) unless the County Prosecutor opts to downgrade. If not, she's got a major problem on her hands. Secondly, I know nothing about her immigration status. but this offense is a crime of moral turpitude subjecting her to deportation. Prosecutor is in a bad spot here if he opts to downgrade. That means he is allowing prostitution to occur down the street from the County Courthouse. Other woman is facing municipal court charge, but also subject to deportation.

I read Qin and Li will need to appear on Feb. 3 in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.

Penalties for Prostitution Charges in New Jersey
Typically, prostitution in New Jersey is a disorderly persons offense, punishable by any or all of the following:
  • Up to six (6) months in the county jail.
  • Up to a $1,000 fine.
  • A permanent criminal charge on your record.
However, promoting prostitution can also be classified as a third degree indictable offense, which is punishable by three (3) to five (5) years in NJ State Prison.

So long as it's MMSs first felony, she won't be going to jail (and probably wouldn't even if it isn't). Most 1st time offenders for 3rd degree crimes don't go to jail unless there are some extenuating circumstances.
