That place been there for a longtime. It right next to a hookah bar with ton of people standing around in front. Please the whole block are restaurant with outdoor dinning.
I thought the same thing at first. This is a 2nd Floor walk up. You walk through the outside door, walk up the stairs to the 2nd door and ring the bell. There is no waiting outside, so if people see you walking in, it's not a big deal.

Yup, just a marketing scheme, been there a long time. Lots of traffic and pedestrians in that street, specially in warm weather.

It’s a big deal if you live in the area and your neighborhood see you going in. You can bet on gossip and then your family hears . I tend to stay away from places with a lot of foot traffic

Or if you know people that live in the area. Or if you know people that frequent the restaurants and shops on Bell. That’s a lot of people

It is a grand reopening (even though that ad will probably run for a full year). The place just opened under new ownership before covid shut everything down.

Don't go here. There a cops on horses that go up and down Bell Blvd. There was a cop on a horse literally hanging around in the street across from the place. There is too much foot traffic here.
