This happens. Usually PO says girl isn't feeling well. Or she could have had a really bad customer that ruined her day. Or also common you get bumped for a VIP. I have known a couple favorites that gave personal number and I would just text them when I wanted to see them and they would make it happen, even last minute. Have also been in your situation, of course you should be furious. You have 2 choices hold a grudge and don't go back or you like the girl so much you let it slide. Definitely not blacklisted, a lot more likely bad luck.
Have had this or similar issues happen multiple times, all for different reasons (i.e. different reasons offered). Don’t take it personally and just move on. If you want to stop using this org then it’s your call. You can’t do anything about what happened but you choose your reaction.
Once while driving to an appt. the PO texted me to say the guy ahead had extended his time. Yeah, shouldn’t be allowed but some POs will do it.
One time I was given the go ahead and was at the door when the PO told me the appt. was canceled. Maybe I should have worn my N95 mask that day LOL.
At least a couple of times the PO ghosted me when I arrived so I just left.
I assume the real reason behind the above is that maxmuccell was ahead of me and the girls wanted to keep him for the day as their boy toy.

Last minute cancelations are the worst. Many times you can't get a replacement or replacement they offer is bottom-of-the-barrell (hence why she's not busy with anyone).
Back in the day some girls weren't as busy and could offer last minute appts. When this happens nowadays I just go to corgs or cut my losses altogether. I want to see a specific girl at specific time, that's why we have appointments in the first place.

Once VIP customer extended his time with girl that I was seeing and my appt was cancelled. I was surprised PO told me the truth and said it's not his/her control and blamed on girl to make that decision.
PO offered me discount and asked me to wait an hour so that he/she can cancel girl's upcoming appointment and give slot to me. PO did as AMA VIP too...lol.

Yeah, it happens but not too often for a variety of reasons some reasonable and some not.
Whatever you do don't get upset at the PO for they hold the keys to these ladies and always need to be on their good side. Yes, its upsetting but nothing one can do. Its part of being a monger and playing in this hobby.

same happened to me from a po after the “please wait” but was told the girl wasn’t feeling well. I was cool about it and ended up finding my CF last minute at a different org due to that hurdle. And the girl who wasn’t feeling well gave me a discount on my next visit as an apology! So it ended up pretty good all things considered
