You can get a decent piece of property for about $20,000 without a house on it. Then build it to your liking. I am thinking 50k to build a decent house. Depends where you are looking but I am looking in a beach town and the lots are small. My brother in law just bought a lot which is 360 sq meters (about 60x120) for 15K. I am trying to stick to a budget of about 30K, but you can buy complete houses for between 125-200K and some of them are amazing!

I was in a Manabi province down by the water. You can search up Night Club or "Nigth" club as they frequently misspell it. The slang name is "Chongo" There's a club named El Monarca en Manta and even a girl on TikTok named chanelsita4. She travels around to the different clubs and even tells you where she will be etc. Basically, there's a big building with a bunch of plastic tables and chairs with a bunch or rooms around the perimeter. There's a stage and some girls dance on it, but there's also girls standing around and walking around. If you want to hook up with one just got up to her and tell her. I've attached photos. Cuenca is pretty far from all of those but you get the idea. Just search up Chongo, or Night club or Nigth Club.

Medellin has more choice and safe as well if you stay close to lleras park in el Poblado. Also, I recommend you to try Loutron (take an uber) it cost $100 but the experience worth it 
In Cartagena there lots of girls too but they put higher prices. You can also find some of them in internet in both cities, they usually reply in Whatsapp.
