Most definitely a scam. They’ll ask for partial payment on cash app as a booking fee. If you don’t feel comfortable doing that, they’ll suggest gift card- They will ask you for a picture of the card & receipt before giving you the address or room #. With that info they’ll deplete the gift card, give you bogus address, & disappear.

100% scam and I'm sorry to admit I've fallen for it, despite so many alarms going off in my head the first time I came across it. I'm not a gift card guy and never bothered to research until I was scammed. They will have you scratch the back of the card for the last 4 digits and have you send a picture of the front (which has the first 12 digits) so they can get the whole card number and will use it online. I find this to be very common on RubRankings and other similar websites.
