If u watch the footage in Florida case, all you can see is a man and woman and their skin tone. No face details. Now maybe they have hd video somewhere ..
They said it was monitored live and cops were given description of guys they need to track.
That has also caused a mis arrest.
Problem in Florida was that it became too obvious, like a drive by.

There is nothing they can do to someone who walks in and out. Weather a place is legal or not is the LE/Township's responsibility. If it is a spot in a mal/main road and has a designated parking area, a sign upfront,all utilities connected..that means township and le know about it.They need to close it and I believe that is what they are doing..infact the whole FL thing stared with a Health Inspector's observation

But what they can and will do is intimidate, threaten and harrass guys coming out of the place. Threaten to detain them, take their photo, tell them that they're taking down their license plate number. In the moment, cops have WIDE discretion on what they can do or say and it's on the citizen to fight it in court and, months or years later, get some kind of justice for that interaction. But standing outside of the parlor surrounded by four armed officers, there is no Constitution. Just you and them i.e. Stop & Frisk being in place for several years only to oopsie be found in clear violation of the 4th Amendment of the Constitution. But that's years after countless dudes were slammed face-first to the pavement and have the contents of their pockets inspected.
