so I am curious as to where I can get a really nice foot massage.. I don’t really care how the masseuse looks.. or even if there’s any extras I’ve been to a dozen and a half spas and never really got a good foot massage.. I work as a civil engineer and I’m walking in steel toe boots all day on structures and bridges o_O any one have any suggestions on spas?

You might consider a pedicure at a nail salon. I get a manicure every 2 weeks, and a pedicure once a month at my local Korean nail salon. I consider the pedi as love for my feet. The foot massage with hot stones is to die for.

Also try looking up Thai Reflexology in google. Many of those places do real or close to real Thai foot massages using the ‘wooden stick’. Couldn’t find the real name for it.

Amy at Meridian Spa on Krewstown gives a great foot massage. They don’t have those foot massage chairs. She usually ends the session with a foot massage. If a foot massage is all you want, I’m sure she will oblige. I’ve thought about asking Amy for just a foot massage, but I can only take about 10-15 minutes of her foot massage.

Jack or Jimmy at Pain away Philly is your best bang for buck therapeutic treatment option. It's a $1 per minute and they have an ATM inside if you want to avoid the 8% tax on card payments. I get treatment for my bad hips from them. Call and book them before you go coz the random lady masseuse in there is not going to cut it.

There are salons specializing in foot massage. I know one in NE.
