Festival on 40th Rd.

I was wondering why traffic was so backed up on the side streets around Flushing, I get home and turn on NY1 and there is a festival on 40th Road, lol.
Kids jumping around in inflatable rides, restaurants open, not a gilf dragon in site. LOL
Wondering if the nearby streets would be the perfect place since it's so congested over there to mess around.....

Yes it was mid autumn festival last night and today, all the restaurants were packed. Tonight is the full moon. I walked down 40rd with my SO today who loved going to all the vendors, but the wall to wall crowd was too much for her so we continued on our way. Not one working girl in sight and believe me I was looking all around me to make sure nobody I recognized said “massage” with my so in such close proximity!

Not counting that the filling is full of sugar and oil. I've started staying away from Flushing any time it's on a Chinese holiday. Good thing there's so many Asian Supermarkets outside of Main St. Flushing.
