Every place I have heard about with "european" girls in the NE philly has been a scam. If you want european girls try Woodbury NJ. Search the reviews for it. It is ymmv like all places and hit or miss like all european places but it will scratch that itch.

There's also an apartment in Plymouth Meeting with Euro babes doing a slightly pricey FBSM but no FS. Search...
