Hey guys I'm in my 30s. Maybe 3 times I couldnt get hard with a provider. All of them were hot of course. Most of the time I don't have a problem. Does this occasionally happend to many men? Thank you for the input.

I mean rubbing it on your mattress to the point of cumming means like a shit ton of friction is required. Give junior a rest for a good month, go work out in the meantime, and see if that works.

Do you find that when you don't have an issue, that it is with girls that you have gotten to know? I have had problems at first with providers that later visits went fine. My god I hope I'm not becoming "not shallow"

Not trying to start a mask/no mask/politix thread, but there are scientific studies that show Covid has caused impotence in men (especially younger men). That aside, quite likely it could be mental/stress related. Try to get some you-time ... .. and speak to a professional.

Get your blood pressure checked, even if just one of those free machines at the Walmart or CVS pharmacy. Mid 30s is about when high blood pressure starts to actually screw with stuff

Bro. I'm right there with you. Been a couple of times already, so I stopped going to Amps.

A doctor is your best bet. But there are tons of details you an sort through on your own too. Research, because there are too many to list.

Blood Pressure.

How often are you relieving yourself in that manner....because I would assume rug burn is going to create some sensitivity issues. Lol

Exercise and activity levels. Energy. Blood flow too. I have only had an issue one time to speak of. I was talking to a puerto rican girl, who was awesome in the bed. I had never had any ED issues. Around midnight she texted me and I was at the gym, which was a 24 hour one at that time. She asked me to pick her up from a bar close to me and she'd spend the night. I did, and was really disappointed when I couldn't perform that night. Luckily, it wasn't the first time, and I made up for it in the morning. Got to the doctor, and he explained that supplements like preworkouts that expand the veins for bloodflow, and then the swelling that comes from heavy lifting, can sometimes stop a man from reaching erection. I was shocked, but it made sense.

Stress and getting our of your own head is also relevant here.

My advice. Don't stress out about it. Men aren't robots, just like women. Good days and bad days occasionally. It can become psychological if you over think it. Lower your stress level, get sleep, laugh, eat well, exercise, layoff "substances" Enjoy the ladies..You'll have different experiences.

Sounds like this guy just has a mental problem if it’s only at amps

Hbp probably did me in. Sky high. But the meds to treat also cause the problem. So which is it? Who knows.

Treating hbp without meds depends on how many levers you have to pull. If you drink smoke eat cheesesburgers all day and are overweight… chances are you can lower it by cleaning up your act. If it’s sky high despite being healthy; your options are limited; give up and just take cialis. Honestly that’s the conclusion I’ve reached.

Easier said then done- but go cold turkey on the porn. I did last year and started to think average woman were hotter and Ed issues went away
How long before you feeling that your mind had reset? I heard porn fcks up the mind and will cause ED. And I think that's the problem I have.
