I had to go to Bismarck for work once a while back. The high temperature was -2F, the wind chill had to be about -15F and there was 8" of snow on the ground. No big deal, except this was a week or two before Thanksgiving. It was about 50 degrees colder than Jersey. Absolutely stick to the summers.

I vaguely recall an article within the past few weeks that a place was raided in North Dakota. Have to see if it is this one. The nearest I ever got to North Dakota was South Dakota.
