Does EPM still reply text?

I finished screening on Tuesday night and they told me the price. Then I tried to book daisy on Saturday but they did not reply. I text and call EPM today but still did not any reply.

Hmm. I think text is the only form of communication I've had with them in years. I'd say my last phone call with them was in 2016. Only text since and I've used their service fairly regularly. Guessing you did something that threw them off.

I didn't figure out what threw them off. I just tried to book for 4 days later. Is there someway to contact with them again?

Same thing is happening to me. I haven’t been there in a while and I’m getting no response.

Had no issues last week. I was a first timer. Contacted them Thursday and verified and booked for the next day

I think most of us get return texts very quickly when we are making an appointment. Phone calls don't work well because sometimes the scheduler is not in a place where they can take your call in private.

Lately nothing but problems with whoever is in charge of the texts. I booked with stella and they asked me to confirm the day off which I did. Only for them to tell me they gave my appointment to someone else. Unbelievable

I've never had an issue texting. Always get a reply even if the time I request is not available, and she is helpful to fit me in where she can.

So how long ago did you try and book Stella?

My gut tells me they are very busy. Even established members (me included) has texted and not always gotten quick reply. The best thing to do in those situations is wait.. and try again another time. If you were approved, you should eventually be able to schedule.

I have found it best to just call. Have a choice A and B with the ladies. Along with a Time A and B as to when you can be there. If you set the appointment a day or 2 ahead of time, call that morning to confirm. It keeps it more direct without endless texting back and forth.

I know for a fact that some of the gals can be very flakey or decide they just need a break. I remember talking to my gal and she was sort of complaining they other gal had cancelled all of her appointments that day and she was tired because she was trying to help out and take up the slack. Imagine hot gals being flakey?
