I think of DIY as an investment in the future. Up until recently, most Central PA AMP girls required one or more sessions of trust-building before loosening up. The OP didn't specify whether our choice was doomed to be the same for eternity. But anyway, it seems to me like you're heading toward being one of those Japanese guys that pays extravagant prices for, and only does virgins. You gotta watch out for that. Before you know it, youll be attending those auctions like in "Taken". 
That's a good discussion thread, when to take the offered DIY and accept it as establishing yourself for better future sessions and when it's just a runaround. Personally I say no and walk out if I see no other signs of a normal session. Like no TS. No sensual touch during massage. Discomfort at my nudity, excessive draping. Reluctance to groping.
But on the other hand I've had girls insist only DIY, then 30 seconds in they've pulled their shirt off, oiled up, and taken over.
But I really don't like DIY. If the girl gives me nothing I usually just walk out these days leaving a tip for massage only. There's enough spas around me where I know now I can walk in and get success first time that it seems not worth the bother.

As we should all know. The AMP is a magical place were a Mondays DIY can turn into a Sensual HJ on Tuesday. While Wednesday could be back to DIY. Then suddenly on Thursday BBBJ happens. Friday roles around and FS is welcomed. Saturday is Anal for an upsell. Sunday you dont visit and when you arrive on Monday your asked if you've ever been there before. We dont do that here.
