division of tip and house fee

A girl at s FS shop told me the mamasan asks for $20 of her tip per customer, the tip being her only pay. When she was at a HJ place for the same boss she received $20 per customer plus her whole tip. Is this the standard ?

All shops are different. There is no set standard. Most shops tip is the girls. They do have to pay a daily or weekly fee for food, lodging and incidentals.

Depending on a shop 10-20 will get you a better girl if you’re going in blind - but not all the time

Management can't by the law for the restaurant. Guess this applies also to spa business.

The sausage making in the back room. As others have stated, every situation could be different. You can also add into the mix that the discount card, visit 6 or 10 times then free, that visit "loss" may be shouldered by the lucky staff you draw.
