I've never seen Hara, so I can't say. They both have Stellar reviews on TER. They are both older than the late 20's to early 30's they claim to be or at least advertised as being. If you take a quick look through their reviews on TER, it looks like Dana is passing for late 20's to early 30s. Just reading a few of Hara's reviews, guys are stating that Hara looks much older or "more mature" than advertised.

You can't go wrong with Dana.
Great attitude, Great Service, some of the best tits and eraser cherry nipples in the business, and her menu is wide open with a PSE option.

Thanks! I forgot about the table shower with her. That was really top notch. This is why having my own reviews up here is good - helps me remember where all that money went.

Though given Dana was much much more fun than Sophia (who was perfectly fine), and more recent, I think you should only have the Dana review in mind when you make your choice.
