Yes, parking is not that hard and all the rooms are on the second floor. 1041 has always been one of my locations (drug) of choice even back in the Bella Asian days.

There's a couple of paid lots within a couple of blocks that are worth the money in my opinion.

In fact I park on Buttonwood between Ridge and 12th sometimes and walk to EPM. 10 minute walk for 4 hours of free parking can't be beat in Philly. This is right across the street from 1041. Extra time allows for those overtime matches at EPM.

If I remember correctly she was at a couple of spots after the fire but I don't think this was one of them. Although I could be wrong.

Struck me as familiar as well. Like a person I met at Bar Lyonnais downstairs at Le Bec Fin probably a good 20 years ago. Who knows, but he really does seem familiar.
