There are reviews out there (just a few) on another site with basic service being reported. I remember going to a different place on market I thought a few years ago which was north of the center of town. I never gave this place in other reports a 2nd thought.

The place when opened up was called Bin's. Since then it has renamed itself Cici's. I went there once when it was opened as Bin's. So-so. I've heard mixed reviews about it since. Does not appear much on the radar.

This isn’t my area (about an hour drive) but I heard a provider I seen in Lebanon, then went to York is now there. She gives a good massage, allowed me to roam upstairs, good standard finish so I thought about stopping by to say hi. Just wondering what to expect there. Thanks gents.

I am curious about this place as well since it has gotten very little press. I have been there once since the name changed to CiCi but that was many, many months ago. If I recall correctly the session was ok but the therapist was not really in my wheelhouse so I have not been back. Also, the location is very local to me so I have limited windows of opportunity that I could visit.

I stopped writing reviews since graphic detail is now required. I would stick to Harrisburg if you are looking for a decent massage or anything else.
