I don't about you guys, but I sure don't want my full name, phone number, email address, and credit card information provided to and stored by an operation that can't even spell correctly on their webpage. They seem to only be taking appointments online right now which means that I am a hard no for this place until that changes. Anyone else have thoughts on the matter?

I haven't been to Chun yet, but was hoping to go today before they made me book via their website. I've been to Village though and it looks like I'll have to stick to them for the time being until Chun changes their policy. It's a shame though, because I really wanted to give Chun a try based on all the positive feedback.

Me too, never been Chun before, called, they said I have to book online with my credit card, that’s too much for me.

Burner phone and never use your real name. Just saying.
Never been asked for a credit card nor would I ever give one. Did this change at Chun in the last 6 days?

I think I figured out what this post is about. I have never been on Chin's website until today. What is says is if you stiff them for an appointment you must online book with a credit card next time you wish to visit. It says nothing about all appointments must be booked online.

Why is thread not ended?
They said if you screwed them on appointment or no show they will not accept you next time unless you pre pay with cc. What else is there to explain?

Well if you read the OP's original statement he clearly states " they seem to be only taking appointments online with s credit card ". That statement was not entirely accurate and caused some concerns and confusion amongst members that go there. It serms now as we have a clearer understanding of the situation.

I have always ever called to make an appointment. It's never been a problem. I have been told that they keep track of phone numbers to determine the reliability of the caller. I would not be opposed to having a login system for making appts, but likewise no way I am using a CC. And since I never stiff them on an appointment, I should not have to.
