@BillaBong You are correct that most of them get upset seeing customers leave without service. I am not 100% sure about it. Based on my eyewitness experiences being inside few parlors chatting with providers, they consider customers leaving without service is bad luck. It is their beliefs. We know it is the norm in this country that it is okay to leave without service for whatever reasons.
