Any expert views (or amateur armchair analysis) on why average AMP age is 40+ in Chinatown? Is it a lack of demand for 25-40 range, immigration policy, or is it better in Flushing? I’ve done a fair amount of recon and unless there are good UTR places I can’t find then it just is what it is. Interested in your views.
I think it’s price point. Grannies charge less. Youth has a premium and found mainly in mid town

It is immigration policy. The youngins are all being kept by ICE for their personal use.

In China most people get married between 20 and 25 by the time they hit 35 they tend to be devoiced. A women after 30 is considered a "trow away" and it is almost impossible to find a new husband.
So in my opinion this has something to do with it. After their breakup they go into the spa business.

Makes sense. That and the previous One Child Policy probably contributes to the drought…and the massive drop in China’s birth rate.

Anyone been to 44 canal yet. I was quoted $60 house just for half an hour
Stopped by last night to do some recon. Ok (5 or 6 by ctown standards), decent English.

House fee is $80, not including tips. (When I asked if their was a tip expected on top of the $80 HF she grunted 'yes' and slammed the door in my face, lol. I'm assuming I had a "you got to be shitting me" tone and expression when I asked.)

Anyways, if someone wants to toftt and see if $80 gets you something more than shops with a $50 House fee, by all means be my guest.

New store at 93 Canal.

Big.

Freshly painted.

Talent looked on par with what you find at Muxi Spa around the corner.

So that block now has 5 stores within a stones throw of each other. 95, 93 87 Canal (and Muxi on Eldridge) and there is an UTR spot as well.

It posts on Backpage as an E. Broadway spot.

Anyone try either of the spots at 91/93 Canal? I think one up the stairs was called He Xing; the other maybe ground level was called something like Nilianju.
