I’ve used the Burner app for the last couple years. 1 line for $4.99 a month. Think you can pay for the year to save a few bucks. There’s different packages available depending on your needs. No complaints and would definitely recommend it.

I have used the Burner app for years and have no complaints. Hiding a whole phone seems much more complicated and difficult than “hiding” an app on your phone. I say “hiding” because it’s not really hiding because my SO doesn’t search my phone because my balls are firmly placed in my own pants.

As to hiding. A lot of phones have the ability to hide the apps in a hidden folder. A password typed into (usually in the phone app) gives access to the hidden folder. A good way to make apps invisible in case someone does happen to look through you phone.

Most economical thing to do is get an app, there are free ones and ones that might cost a minimal amount. a burner phone is just something else you need carry around that you might lose or break and then you need to buy minutes

You can upgrade those plans to get good internet. The real cheap ones no.
I search on my laptop or my regular phone and use my burner to call.
