there's a bunch of condos immediately accross from Hawaii the exit lane from that condo merges onto River but there are diagonal lines on the shoulder before the bus stop where people park (not legally, btw) that's where she parks

Maybe one of the residents stopped by on a whim while his wife went grocery shopping. Unfortunately he loaded one hour later or she smelled something not familiar when he came back.

You can speculate that it could be many things but the issue with most of these locations is they have illegal building code and health violations, they usually get shut down when the town decides to run inspections across all of the businesses in that area. You have to be careful if the owners avoid inspections, thats when usually the police step in and raid the place.

Most of the busy locations will always fail building health inspections because they have people living indoors and show signs of human trafficking since the woman dont go home and live inside the business for long periods. Its easy to tell because they cook every day and have a vast amount of food inside the business.

I'm not an expert, but don't town inspectors drive official Edgewater labelled cars? I see them being driven around many other towns.

And someone mentioned "unmasking" the johns. Very hard to do without AI/face recognition unless you know them or ask for ID. 20-30 random guys walking into a building and it'd be difficult to guess where they are from, unless she's photographing license plates and doing searches.

My guess is since Edgewater is a really rich people town, she's probably a PI hired by a wife suspecting her husband of cheating.

I checked today and didn't see anyone. Also unless they park in the parking lot, they can't directly see who's going to Hawaii. There is no shoulder their to park.
